  • "Rights": The specific movie rights selected by the Buyer, such as All Rights, TV Rights, Digital Rights, or other categories as specified.

  • All Rights: Full copyright ownership, encompassing all exhibition and distribution rights.
  • TV Rights: Permission to broadcast the movie on television.

The specific permissions, restrictions, and terms—including whether the Buyer may sublicense or transfer the Rights—are outlined in the product description. It is the Buyer's responsibility to review these details prior to purchase.

  1. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the price listed for the selected Rights. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

  1. Transfer of Rights

Upon receipt of payment, the Company transfers the specified Rights to the Buyer. This transfer is effective immediately and irrevocable, subject to the terms outlined herein.

  1. Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, the Rights granted are non-exclusive. The Company reserves the right to sell the same Rights to other buyers.

  1. Duration

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sri Lanka, conducted in accordance with Sri Lankan law.

  1. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

  1. Acceptance

By purchasing Rights from FilmHub.lk, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the product description and any additional agreements provided at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Buyer regarding the purchase of Rights.

  1. Sales and Refunds

All sales of Rights are final. Due to the digital nature of rights transfers, the Company does not offer refunds or accept cancellations once the purchase is completed.
